LF DM 5e Gestalt

We are two friends looking for a DM who is interested in running a weekly game of 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons and is interested in using the variant gestalt rules. The game time would be either Friday 8am or 2pm USA Eastern. We are also looking for one or two other player characters but want to find a DM first. Potential DMs: Interested in a gestalt game Structured story arcs in a living world Blended combat/roleplay/investigation Potential PCs: Reliability Strong communication skills Solid character concept - no murder hobos Sense of humor but also a sense of purpose What is Gestalt? Gestalt is a player character with two different level progressions on the same character. So, the character would have the all the skills, proficiencies, and abilities of two classes simultaneously but only the hit dice of one. For example, you could be a paladin/fighter A more indepth explanation can be found at the links below: The original Rules in 3.5 One of the ways it has been adapted in 5e Those interested in gestalt regardless of joining our game should read the “Power and balance” section under the second link.
I'd be interested in playing! Let me know when your get a DM

That is totally what I'm looking to run, I have generated the land of Alsandor for the players to seek out adventure! I have interactive NPCs, events, a main campaign, history of the land, etc! That being said I'm also not a strict DM I'm you're friend wanting you to have a great time, not the dragon you're killing...
I could see myself playing this or even DMing. I do have an issue though about the methods of mixing the classes in the 5e version. In the 3.5 version you take all the best attributes from the two classes but in 5e you take the worse. I would like to be involved with this, but if I were DMing this I would rework it to better take advantage of the union of two classes.
Thanks for your responses, I have dropped a message to both of you.
