Omniscient Player

Hello, For our last couple sessions, I have a player that, for some reason, can all of a sudden see everything on the map, regardless of Dynamic Lighting settings. I've tried turning it off and on again, using Fog of War, with Global Illumination, without Global Illumination, taking away his token's sight, made sure he doesn't have GM status (he can't see anything on the GM Layer, just the Object Layer), deleted the token and brought it back (even without the token, he can see everything). I am at a loss as to what is going on. He can't move anything but his token and no other player can see past the Dynamic Lighting. Please help? Is there something we are missing? Thanks for your help!

If your player is using Chrome, their issues may be related to a recent Chrome update that changed how Hardware Acceleration runs in the browser. Some users have been experiencing issues with Dynamic Lighting since this update, but many of those users have resolved those issues by enabling or disabling Chrome's Hardware Accelerations settings . If toggling Chrome's settings fails to resolve your player's issues, please have them carefully work through to the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues : Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please have your player thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
