Trying to find a way to have successes that are 10's (on a d10) count as two successes ( to the success total)

The two methods that come to mind are a rollable table that's weighted. Or an API script.

WoD tends to have a variable target number, so doing that with rollable tables would require multiple tables. Doable, but annoying, and not very friendly with macros.
Its for characters with a specialty - 10's count as two successes in this circumstance. Target numbers don't go above ten - so a ten is always a success - except when the character has a specialty - when they count as 2 successes each. They also don't cascade. - i had thought that there might be a way to auto cascade a ten and change the target number for anything at all rolled (1-10 ) to become a success. You can put in a user supplied imput for the target number but can you change that target number after cascading? adding a second part to the equation that counts tens and successes and then doubles the tens would also work. but I can not see a way to do either of these. Sure manually counting them works but it would be prettier to just get the result.
