Blank 5e OGL Sheet

Good Morning, Last night when I tried to run a 5e game.  All the character sheets were blank. If I tried to edit the sheet. I would recieve an error message. Interestingly enough if i made a new game. I would be able to see the character sheet. Is there some kind of limit on chracters/pages?

Not much anyone can do without a few details like were these existing sheets and the error message.
