If you cannot post in this forum, do not worry about this. To summarize questions already asked - The templates don't add up to exactly the point cost they should! That is intentional. If they seem to be very off, it might be a mistake, but slight differences are intentional. Are there packs animals? Yes, but it would be difficult to start with them. I might reconsider this later. Is there a starting wealth limit? The wealth starting limit is Filthy Rich. For each level of wealth, you are required to buy a level of Status. You may use this wealth to buy anything, up to and including TL9 items, although anything on a higher tech level than your races Tech level will be considered on a case by case basis. I am certain anything and everything you buy can and will be used to some effect, with some imagination, but I will warn you if I don't see a purchase coming into use for a few sessions from the start. Can I buy off race-based disadvantages? No to all physical limitations. Mental disadvantages can be bought off on a case by case basis. Are M.A.R.C.U entirely mute? Yes. This is not a physical limitation in lacking the equipment to do so, but rather that the nervous function for communications have been severed from their original purpose and reconnected to the radio unit. As such, while they possess vocal chords, they cannot make any sounds voluntarily. Is X template the base for X race? Yes. If you purchase X template (with possible Y variant), then you treat the given stats, advantages, and disadvantages as the default for your character, as the 10/10/10/10, no advantages, no disadvantages is for the humans. What are the Kobrak? A race that inhabit the East of the main continent of Advena, past the Kep hive. Your characters may have heard of them, but never seen nor heard one.
