I can't seem to add a penalty to adjusted value - What am I doing wrong?

In the following string the penalty for Notice (-4) does not add to adjusted value which calculates just fine. So the final printout reads with only raw adjusted value without modifier for Notice. I Roll A= [[1d20]] A roll of [[[[floor((@{WIS}+@{INT})/2)]] + @{Notice}]] or less is successful}} I feel like there is something simple that I am overlooking. What am I doing wrong?
Could you post a screenshot of the inline roll's tooltip?
Notice penalty is -4 and correct value of Notice should be 9.  Odd thing is when the modifier is POSITIVE everything works out fine! But the negative modifier throws everything out of whack
This is what I meant by inline roll tooltip: Could you post a screenshot of the second inline roll's tooltip?

I'm am not sure what else to do because I posted the output message.  I am not sure what you mean by inline roll.  Please explain The first screenshot is Macro.  The Attribute Notice has a value of -4.  In the macro I am generating the success value as the second number which should be (16+1)/2 which is 13.5 but it's floor value which means 13 and after the modifier the final value should be 9
Silvyre is asking you to take a picture of the screen when the cursor is hovering over the colored 13 in your chat output. This is what is meant by the inline roll.
I posted the macro and the output in chat already.  I will post it again below The second value should be 9 NOT 13.  I am doing something wrong that's simple I'm sure

Silvyre is saying he wants to see a picture of what it looks like when you hover your mouse over the 13. However, I can say that the problem is because you're using "+ @{Notice}" with a negative value for Notice. The comes out to "+ -4" when the system is trying to calculate to result, which it doesn't like. Instead, try "+ (@{Notice})", which will result in "+ (-4)", and it will work.
It didn't work I must be doing something simple wrong again
I would ensure that the attribute Notice is actually set to -4. According to the inline calculation, Notice is blank.
Thanks a bundle! I know for sure that I put a -4 there and checked several times afterwards.  But for some strange reason it DEPOPULATED.  Oh well problem solved.
