can't access gm tools

I can't access the tools for a game master on a campaign i made because for some reason whenever I load into it the campaign says im loaded into one where i am a player not a game master. I have left that game and it still says it on all of the campaigns i play in. This hasn't bothered me until now because I have been playing as a player mainly. I want to try my hand as a game master but can't

Are you entering the VTT from the "Join Game" link/button in the Roll20.net webpage, or are you using a bookmark to get to the VTT?

i have the my games page pinned even when i type the site name in then click join game it still does it. and what is VTT?

VTT stands for Virtual Tabletop, which is referring to a Game in this context. While you're within your Game, try pressing the Re-join as player button , which you can find at the top of the My Settings tab of the Sidebar. After doing so, try entering the Game again via the Join Game button, and see if this issues persists.

tried refreshing my firefox through the settings tab and that seems to of fixed it. i found out about that after trying to see if my firefox was out of date
