Hi  I'm relatively new to role playing games in general with most of my experience being from the video game variety. I have been exposed to tabletop games before, I have technically played a couple of games but I was younger and frankly I had drugs to sell (is that tmi? still trying to learn the customs of this site) so my attention was minimal at best.  I was hoping we could delve into some 5e D&D I've read some of the manuals and I think it's the one I'm most interested in, I'd be more than happy to hear arguments for other games though, please I'd much rather be contacted and it not work out than not at all, I'm still trying to develop confidence with the site etc so any comments are appreciated.  My times are pretty much free, I'm GMT so that's worth keeping in mind, but I'm fairly flexible and if there's a time the whole group can agree on I'm quite likely to be guarantee it.  There is one thing I would like to ask though, and I'd really hope not to offend anyone with this comment but I'd like my game to be a little more 'realistic' or 'mature' or whatever term people like to use. I'm fairly new to the fantasy realm and frankly it's never been the grandeur that impresses me but often the small 'lifeisms' that mirror the modern day. For example I'm a big fan of just having a little trading involved and a really remedial simple economy, it's those things that make me feel more immersed. Sorry if this is completely uncalled for, I just had noticed a few games I'd seen online being a little 'edgy' and it seemed as though the players had little life experience and I lack the words to describe it but it kind made me feel eugh, there was little tension and it felt plastic, I don't know if that's just my poor understanding of fantasy though so feel free to chin check me on that one.  So anyway yeah, I'd love to hear some feedback and hopefully maybe we could start a group or something.  (Also the group will be all accepting and all that jazz or mana mana lick off ya head top ya zimmi)
