Hi all. I just logged to my main game and all characters, handouts and monster entries in Journal tab are out of folders right in the root! Is there a way to fix it without doing that manually? Coz I have around 250+ items to sort. I didn't relocated any items yet because I read answers for similar problem here My game is this one EDIT: Things are worse than i perceived them to be. All of my uploaded pictures are corrupt(not displaying monster avatars and displaying only every other token). Im in desperation. out of 700+ hours spent on roll 20 more than 500+ of them was creating and managing my monster manual that lies in ruins right now! HELP!

I think they are having server issues, many of my uploads have a generic image icon and I can't drag them on the map or in character sheets. I would wait a while and it might fix itself. Just a thought.
Don't hold your breath there. I never had my gfx issues resolved and half of my games lie in shambles - I have to redo everything every time. My maps are disappearing at random from my games, just happened to me with the campaign I am supposed to run in 3 min and as I can't find anything in my folders (I can't scroll beyond the first 30 images or so) I can't redo them.
You are not alone with your "little" image problem. My own game got suddenly blank. It got fixed for whatever reason. One of my friend's game (and tonight GM...) is still currently blank of all images
Just lost 20+ pages from my campaign, hoping this is jus a server issue...
I have lost the ability to insert tokens, and tokens and default images are gone (for all games, including LMoP). This has never happened to me before, but I've also not GMed much... Is this common?
I too have just logged in to find that half of my images seem to be corrupt. I'm starting to panic... A dev response would be nice here!
Yeah, just logged into two separate games I'm a part of and all my work is completely gone... Definitely starting to panic. A clarification would really help about now.
Stephen L. said: It appears to be a problem with Amazon's AWS cloud services. Amazon's S3 urls aren't being responsive at all. Not a dev, but still a good explanation
I've got this same problem. Looks like any uploaded or purchased contrent is not loading. A few random pieces of grpahic (probably from Roll20) are loading including the default character icons and thumbnails. This is consistent across the entire site, not just in games (purchased graphic packs are not showing on my Purchases page).
Yeah, you aren't alone in this. I just lost hours of progress on maps I was building. I think I'm honestly done if this isn't fixed and I have to re-do everything.

I dont think that i would be able to muster motivation to spend another 500 hours making same thing again.

Calm down folks. You've likely lost nothing but access to the things temporarily. If you notice, things should already be reappearing in a bunch of games. Yes, it's unnerving when a lot of material goes poof, but it's rare for things to stay that way

any update?
As Nowin pointed out above, this problem is with the Amazon S3 infrastructure that services many, many sites/applications/etc (meaning not just Roll20). The link above has a message in an orange box with the latest status, meaning no change as of the time of posting this.

They could fix (or at least alleviate the concern associated with) this by allowing a true export function (it would also motivate me to become pro), but they just don't seem interested...

Amazon's S3 service, that Roll20 uses to serve images to your games, was experiencing issues earlier today. This likely caused the images in your games to appear temporarily unavailable. This issue should now be resolved. If you are still having issues, please start a new thread.
