Specifically licensed for Roll20

I bought a pack that says certain items are licensed only for Roll20 and I don't have a download button. Is there a different way to access the pack ?

If it's only licensed for Roll20, there's probably not a way to get it elsewhere or download the pack. Generally marketplace creators make that decision when they're setting the pack up. I believe all of mine are available for download and non-commercial reuse.
It's in "my purchases" section. I bought it through Roll20 and can't see how to download it?

Whether it's available for download is up to the artist that created it. Simon says (pun not intended) that all of his  packs are downloadable, but he's not the only artist on the marketplace. If the set isn't available for download, your only means of access is through your Roll20 library.
OK, sorry I'm pretty new. Is the Roll20 library different to the list of purchased packs in the marketplace?  I just checked the "Motel Madness" pack again and now it gives an error - NoMethodError: undefined method `owner_account_id' for #

Which pack is it?
Wright's Motel Madness
Any ideas on what the issue is?

Clicking on the library icon will open up your library. You can access your uploaded content or marketplace assets from here for bringing them into the game.
Awesome, thank you very much. A typical noob mistake. :)
