Howdy everyone! I'm putting together a group for a Tenra Bansho Zero one shot ( Text Only, game will take a number of relatively short 3 Hour sessions starting 8:30 or 9:00 AM CST, early morning. Day undecided. ) Tenra Bansho Zero is a " hyper-asian " RPG that melds Magic and Technology in a fuedal Japanese setting plagued by war unending. Tenra Bansho Zero's mechanics and story focus around the concept of Sacrifice, of Loss, but above all else of learning to Let Go. Your Honor. Your Wealth. Your Station. Your Freedom. Your Friends. Your Family. Your Love. The Innocent. The World. What will you sacrifice to obtain that which you desire, which would you choose.....if you could only save one? Other games and other worlds play with the concept of Risk. You may win or you may lose, it's all about a gamble. In Tenra, you play with the concept of Sacrifice. Your heart may be pure, you may want to save the countless innocents in that village over the mountain.....but what will you give up to achieve this? Playing Tenra is all about learning what truly matters to you and your character. You can't have everything.....sometimes you have to just....let go. Feel free to ask about the setting, system, or game in general! I am 100% willing to teach about the system to newcomers as it is fairly simple mechanically.
If done on Fridays, I might be interested.
I'm interested in being part of this, but is it a one shot or multiple sessions?
A one-shot that will probably take multiple sessions ( I tend to have a more open and slower DMing style than is probably typical for TBZ and also due to Text things tend to not move as quickly as they would in a voice game. ) How many sessions it will end up taking.....that is largely up to the players themselves and how they want to approach things.
Good day.  Has the game already started?
