Can no longer change player stats when I edit their tokens.

I created an adventure on the dev server. I played it for a while, copied the adventure so I could play it fresh with a new group. Our first session went fine, after that, any time I try to alter a character's hit points, or anything else, I click the red circle and set it to 10/10 for their hp...I click save, and it reverts to being blank. I try to make their nameplates visible, same thing, I click save and it reverts. Any thoughts?

Hey Andy. Is this occurring on all tokens or just the one? Also, is it only affecting you, or other players in your game as well?
It's occurring on all player tokens it's affecting all players the only thing I can modify other monsters I put on the board that I bring in from my own Library. Players can move their tokens around, and I can change who they are assigned to. Buy cannot change any of their stats or even cause their nameplates to stay visible.

No the bars are not linked to attributes. We don't use character sheets. Were using in house custom rules. and no, that doesn't work. When I click Show Nameplate and save it the box unchecks. This being the problem.

Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
