What software is roll20 using on their youtube channel?

Hi, new user here. I'm looking over different teleconferencing software for tabletop gaming. I might also use it to make a youtube series sometime in the future, so there are some layout considerations which might effect which platform I use. Looking over  this video on roll20's channel:   When the game starts (at position 0:10) it uses a layout which, if I'm not mistaken, does not look like it was created in roll20's web application. The webcam feeds take up a fair portion of the real-estate, and transitioning to/from that page later in the video does not use roll20's pages tab, plus the transition itself is a fade. Am I correct in thinking that this adventure "home page" is coming from something outside of roll20? If so, I might post a request to the "suggestions" forum to support such a feature. Thanks for any info!
