Is this possible yet?

Ok I've looked at the forums for a while now and I don't see any new information or ways of thinking. Is it yet possible to get something resembling this without API? I'm sure you'll recognize this as LMoP wilderness encounters. /w gm &{template:npcaction} {{rname=Random Daytime Encounter?}}{{description=if 17 <= [[1d20]], then [[1t[Wild-day]]]}} Where the macro rolls the 1d20 with a result 17+ and then rolls a table, and have the table or another macro roll a dice formula from the result. Most importantly I want the dice formulas auto rolled in chat somehow, be it in another macro, clickable in chat or some other means since they don't all use the same formula.
Not without an API script.

Dangit!  Thank you. Is there any hope for hypertext from a roll table in our future?
Not unless a suggestion on the suggestion forum makes it high enough to be noticed and a dev cares enough to add it.

If you decide to subscribe, there's already a handy script that handles this quite well.  Recursive Tables

When I tried recursive tables with a /w gm and the use of the default template, it showed to the player instead of the gm only whisper.

That's a known issue (that Scott has fixed!).  I need to roll out the fix for that... sorry....
