As the DM is there a way to set up a macro that just adds +6 to everything in the turn tracker?

Not with one push of a button... you would have to select each token one at a time and hit the macro. Or use a turn order tracker formula that adds +6 when it reaches the top of the order. You can find that information on the wiki.
