Let me know what you want to do, cast, craft, practice, talk with, etc.
Gahldra wants to ask the wizard about patrons he knows about. She wants to improve her power by entering a partnership with a powerful patron.  She also wants to pick his brain on the priest we left behind. She wants to know what he knows about the village near the dungeon we just cleared. Also what does he know about the demon we released?  Any advice on how to more effectively kill vampires? "The next time I see a vampire, I want to be ready for it."

Arpodian laughs. "The answer to that is maybe beneficial, perhaps pernicious...." and wanders off. A few hours later, he asks Gahldra to follow him into his inner sanctum. Arpodian explains that if she performs the proper rituals and reaches out to a specific entity there is a chance she might get its attention. If she is lucky or proves herself, she may yet then be granted servitude to the being. "There is another way. Purification, ritual and meditation while emptying ones mind. This can draw an entity to you that may be looking for a champion or servant on another plane. The choice is yours." He then offers her his sanctum to perform a ritual in and access to his storeroom with its various powders, bones, crystals, stones, body parts, and lesser artifacts that may aid in the ritual casting of a patron bond.
I want to use the ritual to find a patron that will give me the power to turn this vampire kingdom on it's head! 😈

As a side note also want to ask him about his motivations and stance in this conflict sometime before we leave for Ravenskeep.  "What is your conection to the vampires?" "Do the vampires even know you're here?" "What are you trying to accomplish up here? What are you "watching" for?"

OOC: Jordan, can you log in and roll a manifestation and spellcheck for Patron Bond with Gahldra? You can opt to spellburn on the spellcheck. Arpodian says, " I have no real connection to the vampires themselves. I'm a member of an eldritch fellowship - wizards tasked with maintaining the balance of chaos and law in the multiverse. My role in holding this balance is watching and observing. I'm able to accomplish this in many planes of existence at once by existing in many at the same time. The vampires simply tolerate me at this point. When I first arrived here in Voivoidja, they attempted to infiltrate my tower but for naught. This world caught my attention because it is a sister reality to that of your comrade, the urchin wizard Maggie. We have an interest in that world as one of our enemies is currently growing strong there and we are not allowed entry. Now, I've said enough and grow tired. Good evening.... "

One evening, after enjoying a few too many ales from the wizard's stores, Bheldor fell into a deep slumber in which he was tormented with strange dreams. They seemed to be from the time before his captivity by the vampires, when he was only a child. He dreamed that he saw his parents, yet he could never quite see their faces to make them out. After making some slight to a vampire lord, he approached them, forced them to their knees and heartlessly decapitated them. As their bodies dropped to the stone floor, a head began to form on both of their shoulders - identical heads of an aged bald man with a long wispy beard. The two twin faces opened all four eyes and looked into Bheldor's soul shouting simultaneously, " Young champion! Aid me, I beg of thee! Two wicked sorcerers hold me in thrall. I'm in the tower beyond the moon. I will be in your debt for the remainder of my life.... " The voice faded and so did the old man's heads. Bheldor woke in a cold sweat.

Thedi decided to explore the wizard's tower, its winding halls, and teleportation platforms leading to its many levels. She spies a rat leaving the kitchen with a scroll tied to its back. Using stealth and agility, she is able to capture the rodent and relieve it of its light burden. The scroll has tied to it a platinum hair pin set with a small ruby. She opens it to reveal a flowery, feminine script of an unknown language. There is the faintest hint of roses coming from the parchment.

Lil' Maggie spends some time in Arpodian's library. On the first day of their respite, she is studying  The Rituals and Sacrifices of Chaos Magick In The 422nd Aeon by Ssath'ar the Primordial, a paper falls out of it. It describes a cave that is the hermitage of some mad wizard. In the evenings following, she is cursed by a series of dreams each night. In them, a small portion of a cave is revealed and eventually a pleasant vale in which the cave is set. In her last dream of the week, a figure dressed in a night-black hooded robe emerges from the dark of the cavern. He offers to her a thick grimoire but before she can reach for it, a snake seemingly composed of grey mist engulfs the hooded man - he and his tome are gone!
Theedi will approach Maggie when she is alone and show her the scroll she found and how she found it.  She will ask Maggie if she can use her magical skill with languages to help her read and understand it.
The Margrave will talk to each of the people within the Tower (except Lichalia) about the wonders of Paneas, the Goddess of Love, and try to get her some new followers.

Margrave should make a Personality check (Luck burn possible) on trying to convert Arpodian's servants.
Shaken, and with a nasty hangover, Bheldor continued lying there wondering what Arpodian added to this batch of brew. As he was waiting for his head to clear, his mind wandered back to his dream. He often wonders where he came from and what had happened to his parents, so seeing them was very disturbing. Why would this man be reaching out to him for help? Did he know my parents? Is this just a trap from whomever killed my parents to also kill me and completely wipe my family from history? And how the hell would he even be able to find a tower BEYOND the moon, yet alone defeat, not one, but TWO evil sorcerers?!! Deciding that this was all too much for him to comprehend, he dragged himself out of bed and went to go find the Arpodian and ask him if he knew anything about a "tower beyond the moon".

Arpodian's bucket-emptier, Chartroth, is swayed by Margrave's soothing tales of Paneas and converts to his ways. He gets a little too excited and starts pestering Margrave constantly about the religion.
GAH! I was out of town for most of the week and neglected to take advantage of our downtime...
