In the campaign I am running a characters initiative value gets altered throughout a fight, I currently have these alterations automated in their macros. However, I have a few characters that are shapeshifters and use a different character sheet for their alternate forms, is there a way to force their alternate forms to effect the same tracker entry?

I haven't tested it myself, but have you tried using a rollable table token for them? When they shapeshift, you'd right click -> choose side to choose a different image for the token. Not sure if that actually updates in the turn tracker, though.

That's neat, I didn't know roll tables could be used as tokens, and it does update the turn tracker.
