Hello everyone. I currently run two campaigns regularly with a homebrew world in D&D 5e. I have been asked by a few folks to run either a Friday night or Monday night game (CST), but neither of the folx for those two days adds up to enough for a group. So I am trying to put some feelers out to see if I can find extras interested in playing. We are very open to new players -- either new to 5e or new to D&D or new to roleplaying entirely. We are in Minnesota physically and welcome both in-person or online players. I currently have two of the latter. My groups have the following make-up. 11 players; 7 males; 4 females. All cis. There is one person of color. There are two LGBTQA folx. Two of the potential new members are also PoC's. We encourage all kinds. The GM (me) prefers he/him pronouns. We are all professionals of some kind and range in age from 24 to 45. I include all of this to promote that we are an inclusive, open-minded group. Our biggest requirement is to simply be a mature adult who prefer roles to rolls. The world is low-magic with lots of mundane classes (including some new classes) and some odd magical classes, which don't show up often. Religion and politics play major roles in both characters' lives and the plot of my campaigns. Character interactions are encouraged, and roleplaying is rewarded with a modified inspiration system. I'm very unconcerned with the traditional "party balance" and prefer players to make characters that speak to them rather than doing what's best for the party's health and wellbeing. If you are interested, please send me a message. We'll need to exchange emails, so I can send over the handbook for the campaign world. I look forward to hearing from you.
