Looking for 1-3 players to play The Quiet Year. No experience necessary. This game is a collaborative story-building game. You define the struggles of a post-apocalyptic community, and attempt to build something good within their quiet year. Every decision and every action is set against a backdrop of dwindling time and rising concern. If you haven't checked out Buried Without Ceremony's website then you owe it to yourself to check out their great selection of Story-Building games. I've played this game a handful of times so far and it quickly became my favorite. Unlock most games, this game does not have any winning conditions, literally just ends and the players walk away with some great stories, and hopefully a little more insight into how communication works. A typical game can take up to four hours, however i'll be using the quick play rules to shorten down to 2 or 3.
