After the Soulforge she has been recognized as an initiate Chosen of Sehanine Moonbow. Thal - An elven Fighter/Rogue serving as a bodyguard that came into town with the Seven Suns Trader Coaster. He is running from a past in Baldurs Gate with ties to the Zhentarim. His past has returned to haunt him in the form of an old troublemaker friend named, Mags, who he is trying to track down to settle a score. Aaloka - A Calishite Dusk Blade with a mysterious past who has come to Cormyr seeking training to better her skills. She is actually a member of the elite Akh'tai sorcerer family of The Shaar. After the Soulforge she was able to awaken her families hidden ability to wield Spellfire. Ricros - A half-elf Druid who seeks the powers of dragons. He travels with a large Dire Lion named Ricrol and an intelligent sword who has been an influence on his quest for dragons. His recent encounter at Hellgate Keep with a treant named, Turlang, has given him an idea for a new guardian. White Panther - A mysterious Warblade with blinding white armor that is fashioned like a white panther. He seeks to bring justice against those who oppress other freedoms or serve him bad pasta. The Soulfroge revealed him to the group to be of Aasimar decent and since his encounter there, he is even more motivated in gathering followers for his new Order of the Panther. Soarcanus - A humanoid warmage with a military background. He was dispatched from Sundabar to the northeast of Everlund, to provide assistance to the Harpers while their main forces were split on three fronts in search of an artifact that may be able to unseal the Well of Dragons. Year - 1395 DR Date - 30 Elesais - 3   Eleint Dahnbar went to retrieve his men while the party traveled to Castle Crag. At Crag, the party joined in the war effort plans as Bren, Eaerlraun, Isevelle, and Sarathin detailed a new plan of attack. Ricros was able to summon hordes of rats to begin gathering intel and forged a temporary alliance with his Druid tribe for helping the forces of Cormyr stop a huge supply shipment from the Darkhold. Conversing with his friend, Rickon, Ricros was able to get prisoners for interrogation and supplies for the war. After interrogating the prisoner the party revealed that The Pereghost had already staged the Darkhold for a last stand by vacating most of the supplies prior and destroying much of the Darkhold's infrastructure. The Pereghost had beocme obsessed with Thal and only desired a showdown with him.   Ilsevelle and Sarathin left to return to their forces and begin their respective attacks while the group set out for the Darkhold. Ricros' rats revealed the interior of the building while the group debated what to do next. Panther, sick of waiting, charged forward as the Pereghost descended on his winged horse to take Thal. He also revealed that he had Mags as a hostage. Panther ready for combat, leaped into the fray and the Battle on Darkhold Bridge began. The Pereghost was ready as he had studied the group through the Spellplague orb (Eaerlraun has it now as Panther gave it to him for safe keeping a while back). He went blow for blow with Panther and resisted the powerful onslaught from Shara and Ricros; only to resurrect after they felled him. The Pereghost went to retreat to his keep but the party taunted him into continuing the fight to take Thal from them. After taking the beast down again, Shara destroyed the body within to stop the creature for good. Before his body disintegrated, he was revealed to be a construct of necromancy combining the body of Thal's hated enemy, Dal'Thalas, with the essence of his mentor/friend, Stonecypher. Stonecypher died with a smile as Thal collapsed from the grief/shock. His inconsiderate allies continued their looting as Thal force-ably jooined them. They freed the Artificer gnomes who made the now stopped Warforged army and Thal found information on Jericho's (the necromancer that got away) rituals for sustaining The Pereghost and how Stonecypher was resisting the process. The Artificers were able to reanimate the Warforged to the parties' side and Soarcanas was able to move them and the supplies back to Castle Crag over a few teleportation trips. As the party decided what to do with the Darkhold, Panther called to Levan for aid and Levan brought the first warriors of the Order of the Panther to secure the sight with Harper reinforcements. After a day of rest at Crag, the group debated on what to do next as the Cult of the Dragon and the Zhentarim in this area were no longer a threat. Aaloka, Soarcanas, and Bren, decided to dispatched the Warforged to the Orc/Goblin lands to route their movements while the siege of Daerlaun began. Aaloka and Soarcanas tried to work the mechanics of quickly moving Dhanbar's forces (minimum of 500 men) from the south as the Spellplague, among other things, had disrupted the Mithals (teleportation portals) of the land outside Cormyr leaving them at a minimum of 4-5 days just to get Dahnbar's men into position well after the elves would have begun their attacks to the northeast. Panther purposed attacking the Nether on two fronts with the elves while Thal offered to risk his body to try and reenter Suzail to retake Cormyr's capital. Many options presented themselves until Ormion showed them Thal's time on the Plane of Shadows (a.k.a. Shadow Plane, a.k.a. the Shadow) and his interaction with the former Nether wizard, Herzes. Herzes revealed to Thal the plot of the Requiem of the Eternal Night. The darkness of Urmlaspyr and Suzail are portals to the Shadow Plane that encase cities in a dome and use the lifeforce inside as a barrier to bring more of the Shadow into our world until eventually the entirety of Faerun was converted into the Plane of Shadows in which the Nether would have dominion over our world. Herzes was imprisoned on the Shadow 200 years ago for stopping the first attempt at using the Requiem. Taking a day to prepare, the party came to the consensus that the best course of action was to go to the Shadow Plane and free Herzes. (See "Shara's Planar Intel" post for info on the Shadow Plane)
