Hello! I am doing a kind of "tour through d&d", and I've become fixated on the OD&D Basic Rules (aka the Red Box). So I'd like to try an ongoing game using this system, and see what it's really like. While reading through B2: The Keep on the Borderlands I came across a small figurine of a LotR character. And when I combined the two elements, it gave me an idea for a story. It's this story that I'd like to try and run. At the moment, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are no good for me. But both the day of the week, and the frequency of this games' play I'm leaving undecided for the moment. My time zone is CST in the US, or UTC -6 hours. I want to try and take my time with this, so the first game won't be until we're firmly in December.
