Hi, I'm a newbie GM who is currently running the 'Skulls and Shackles' adventure path on the Pathfinder system, and I'm currently looking for another player to join in on the fun, be he experienced or a newcomer alike. This will be my first time doing an adventure path and english is not my mother tongue (although I consider myself fluent) We are currently one session in at the time of me writing this, but I can easily integrate your character into the story. Although I personally enjoy a character with a deep and compelling backstory, the main argument is that you should have fun. So if you're not interested in writing a 20 pages long backstory, that's fine. Just as long as you have -something-. If I've missed something or you wish to discuss something PM me or answer on this thread. May the dice roll ever in your favor ~ Simon
Newcommer here. I know the basics of pathfinder, races, classes and such But not much more. I have played a bunch of other TTRPG's, fantasy sci-fi and horror. But interested in trying out pathfinder. never played D&D either. From what little i know they seems fairly similar. But also from what little i know i do find Pathfinder more interesting Oldish guy from sweden so my english is not the best. I have good understandign but no one that hear me talk will take me for someoen that have english as first language :) When it comes to characters i do prefere if they have an intersting backstory. or atleast have a backstory. And even if i do like combat in games i do prefere if its a bit like this. Rp and story over pure combat focus So far i never created any character at all. but i find the multiclass options to be intersting. like Bloodrager, warriorpriest or skald. But for my first character i would guess something more simple as a warrior or barbarian would work best untill i gotten a hang of things Races i like is half orc, dwarf or even an orc with a bit of backstory to explain why he left his tribe and started to get along with other races.  If makign another class than fighter or barbarian i am open to other races to. but those like the best for such classes
