give players deck permisions

need to be able to give players permission to recall and shuffle decks. Just a simple check box when creating the deck to allow players permission to recall and shuffle would be great. Have a deck that is only used (frequently) by one player, would be nice if he didn't have to constantly ask the gm to shuffle it, and there are gm items that he shouldn't be able to see so can't just give him gm status.

This perhaps isn't the solution you asked for but you can make the deck infinite so he always draws a random card or chose infinite and select that the deck shuffles when he reaches zero and creates a new stock without you doing anything.
