drag and drop into folders

I'm having an issue dragging and dropoing jpg's that I've downloaded into folders that I've created in my journal.  Is anyone else having this problem?  Is there a fix?  I know that I was able to just a few weeks ago when I created the folders and added content.
maybe the solution is you have to drag them at the small picture, not the name (you should get a cross of  arrows as cursor)
Don't you have to create a handout (or character) to 'store' a jpg in the Journal?  I don't think a jpg by itself can be stored in the Journal. (But I don't know everything, either.)

Thanks for the replies.  I'm sorry for even asking.   It has to be simple. In the the art library I can right click on an upload, select (created) folder to add the upload to it. I don't know why I can't do somthing similar in the journal.  I can't move handouts and pc's sheets around.  you'd think that I could do the same there. eMaybe I'm asking the wrong questions. For example: the sunless citadel module has handouts right? I don't want the handouts down at the bottom.  I'd like to drag and drop the folder and move it to the top.  It's a no go.  It won't move. Also, I created sheets outside of a folder by accident for the pc's the create their characters on.  now that they're done I'd like to bundle them together in a folder that I created.  Alas, I can't move them.  not by right clicking and not by dragging and dropping.

tested it, works like a charm with drag and drop, folder, entries, everything is moveable. did you grab them at the place when the cursor change into the arrow cross? because you can move the entry by clicking somewhere else but it will switch back (for the folders you have to click on the - or + on the left to drag them, clicking the name doesnt work grab only in the red circles
Awesome.  The - &+ are what got me. Thanks!
