I am probing for interest as this gem of book as it just showed up on my lap today. Thinking of running it on Mondays or Wednesdays?

If you were to run it on Wednesday or tuesday I would be down unless you speak with jeremy about moving him campaign to another time 

I would be interested in this game but not on Monday for the same reason as Daniel.

what level are you going to start players at?

i figured we would see who shows up to play and then go from there. I am good with either starting at the bottom or using characters up to level 5. 

I would have a level 4 rogue(aries) , level 4 Sorcerer (Merlin), and a level 5 palidin. 

im down to roll out on level 5 characters gosh knows i have 2 many of them lol

I would like to play but im going out of town this weekend and will not return until the Friday or Saturday of next week

I don't expect people to make it to every session it's a long campaign. Thus if you cant make it this time but you could the next then I think that's okay.

Any idea what everyone wants to roll? I would prefer to use Merlin (Sorcerer)  or Aries(Rogue) and keep Dominic locked for Undermountain since he is connected to Draggs.

I have several characters at level 5 range. Gobby (level 4 shadow monk), Arlen (level 5 grapple bard), Roy (level 5 tank he has good gear so his level is much higher)

Roy would be a good fit, that would allow Jeremy or I to play the Sorcerer or Rogue since we both have one of those. We just need to recruit a healer or each get a rune of healing.  Jim likes to keep the party numbers small so 3 or 4 players is going to be the norm I think. 

fair enough yeah roy doesnt really heal but then again he doesnt get hit a lot either ;)

is this adventure mostly inside or out?

That would be a mark or Jim question. I have read / skimmed the summary for this module since I was going to run this for my RL table group when we finished PoA. But one of the couples in that game just had Baby number 2 so that Group has been put on hold for at least a year i'm guessing. And if I'm going to be a player I'm not going to read further and spoil it. I think its a good mix of both underground, indoors, out in the open, even ship board combat at sea and flying ships. 

So unless I can use fell handed in this campaign i need an idea for another feat for a tank. Its that or take an ability bump but I get another feat in a level as well

That is a UA feat, so you will have to pick a new one.  You could also just leave sentinel as your level 4 feat and change your race to Goliath from vHuman. Being a half Giant could be useful for a tank in the game. Like you could speak Giantish now.

Do we have have enough players? It looks like it will just be Daniel and mysweds. Do we need to start at a lower level to allow the new players to join?  

The game sounds interesting, and i wouldn't mind running a healer, but Wednesday's aren't open for me.

Yes, but he is out of town this week and will not be joining us. Even with him I think that still leaves us short one player.

Kerri is playing her bard. So that will give us 3 for this week and 4 next week. Do we know what Jeremy is playing? 

Not sure but I have everything but a healer (i only play those in MMO's lol) so i can fill whatever rolls are needed most

I say stick with Roy until we hear from Jeremy. I'll use Areis my rogue unless he wants to play Maxwell, then I'll switch to Merlin.

Which level are you guys playing this time?

Right now I think everyone is level 4 or 5

i could also multiclass into paladin at some point and get some spells if needed 

that or change him to an EK for shield spell 

If you want I have Chor a level 5 rogue assassin or a level 4 rogue swashbuckler/fighter.

Ok, if you want to roll a rogue then I'll play Merlin who is a caster so we don't double up roles.

that should give us 4 for Wednesday and 5 once jeremy is here
