D&D 5e, new player looking for group, GMT+1 (Netherlands time)

Hi everyone, I'm new to D&D and have been looking around to find a group to play with for a long time now.(like 6-7 months since I bought the books) I wasn't able to find a group in real life so I started looking online and was directed to Roll20, and Fantasy Grounds. Since I have a limited time frame on an already sparse time zone it is very very hard to find a group. There seem to be a lot of people out there who would like to play but every time I join a game the host seems to be inactive. I have Discord and can speak English (prefer English) Prefer Weekend, Monday, or Tuesday at GMT+1

Well, I'm wanting to start a group to test out my campaign before my real life group. I'm in CST (GMT -5, if I recall correctly). The campaign will start around 12:30 to 2:30 pm my time (depends on the players overall decision) on Saturdays. If interested, leave an application.
If your interested, we have a server you can join over on discord. We run various campaigns.

Hoi, I'm based in GMT+1 as well, and recently started hosting regular D&D 5e sessions as DM, usually starting around 8:30 pm. I only offer text-based games (using the roll20 chat function for RP-ing and rolling dice/attacks/spells and a discord text channel for OOC banter). So no voice/video, which means the pace of the session is quite slow, but it makes for a nice immersive experience. Let me know if you're interested.

Hey, could you tell me a bit more about your campaign? I'm currently playing in a "Westmarches" style open world game but I'm looking for a more story driven campaign. Preferably set in a world similar to the default D&D setting, because it's hard to remember all the homebrew stuff. Some Unearthed Arcana and other "(semi-)Official" things are okay.
So I'm still looking for a group. Would prefer to join a custom campaign that takes the player characters into account and is set up to run for a longer time not just a one shot or single story. Something with focus on story rather than combat.
