Diffusing the Aura...

There is the option to have 2 different auras on a token. Would it be possible to also add the option to diffuse the auras in a similar fashion as dimming the lighting around a token? There are certain creatures/beings that radiate a light or darkness or gaseous cloud, etc... Having the fading effect at the edges for visual aesthetics would be great. :)
