LFG Pathfinder - PC New to Online RP

Hey all, My name is Derek and I am looking for an online Pathfinder game (Over Skype, Ventrilo, etc) in the mid-week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) evenings (7pm-1am Central Standard Time). I have a number of years of Role Play experience in various systems (DnD 2nd, 3.0, 3.5, World of Darkness, Vampire: The Requiem), but as of recent it has been a lot of Pathfinder. I enjoy the system and know it at the intermediate level, hoping to have the opportunity to delve into other psychologies I might not get the chance to play in the longer-term campaigns I am involved with on the weekends with a focus on learning how to bring my role play to that next level. Typically trying to remain in character, speaking in (terrible) accents and play characters with a lot of for-thought. I have run several games as a GM for DnD 3.5 and Pathfinder, so I try to work with the GM to make sure my characters are working with the game's best intentions in mind. My two stronger character classes are Enchanters and Necromancers, and dont typically enjoy Evokers. One thing I do not have much experience in is running games actually set in pre-made worlds (Ravenloft, Forgotten Realms, Pathfinder Society), most of my time was spent was in home-brewed worlds, but I am willing to learn most worlds I am playing in and always look forward to seeing others ideas and creation. I have physical copies of the Pathfinder Core Rulebook, Advanced Player Guide and Bestiary (In case Monstrous or Unique characters are called for). What I look for in a game is heavy Role Play with Player Character interaction, good immersive descriptions (I know a lot of DMs have a very difficult time with tone to set atmosphere, but trust me, when you finally nail it, it just makes the whole scene 'pop'). While I will admit there is always something epic leading the charge or seeing empires going to war, it makes it so much less personal and so the weight of the situation doesn't quite hit home. "A single death is a tragedy, a million is a statistic." comes to mind. I hope this gives you all a good understanding of my capabilities and look forward to hearing from you all. - MacabreDerek
Seen alot of views but very few replies. Is there information I am forgetting or any particular reason for the deafening silence? Was hoping the description was enough, but is there any other things that could be helpful for those looking for players that they may wish to know?

The thing is this site is very cloged with people wanting to play. There are tons of players but very few who are GMs. Just because you have a good description about how you like to play and what kind of player you are doesn't mean anything really, as it is now I think its more about luck and hard work to get a group here. Took me about 2-3 month untill I got a group, althought I am in a somewhat harder timezone (European) so. So keep it up, but don't hope anything will come from just this post. Go on the LFG system and search. Se if there are threads made by GMs. Go in check everyday etc. And as for Pathfinder, I just discovered the Pathfinder society, can't say much about it but it is a site for managing Pathfinder games. http://paizo.com/pathfinderSociety Cheers
Was hoping to get my feet wet in online groups as a player (Learning systems, group organization, etc) before I got into GMing, but it's starting to sound like the other way around would be the better approach. I'll have to give it some thought. Thanks for your insight Laddeus. Got a ton of research to do in the near future.
