Paid for a pro membership and haven't gotten it.

So the title is pretty self explaining I've paid for a pro member ship for a year long member ship I have the invoice and the charge on my credit card but I'm not a pro member apparently. Honestly I would be less upset with this if i hadn't also lost all the work you can only do as a pro member.

All billing inquiries should be handled by contacting the devs directly using <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> . Since this will be going to email i'll close this thread. As a note, all features (Dynamic Lighting, API etc) don't disappear if your membership lapses. They simply cease to function. Once this gets worked out, all those should be right where you left them =D
