Paid for a pro membership and haven't gotten it.

So I've been charge so ones emailed me saying everything is fine and fixed so why is it me member still isn't working I' honestly wondering that its infuriating if you can't tell when customer service lists an issue as resolved and leaves it just as broken.

I've cleared cache and signed out still nothing. Also I have emailed you guys but as I stated earlier someone did email me back saying the issue was fixed which it wasn't so I put a message here where you guys respond faster in the hope its get resolved.
