Question (in hopefully the right place) on switching character sheets

So I DM a 5e game that's been running for a while. We still have old sheets. My players want the new sheets. Is there a way to make this happen? I have a lot of material on this campaign I don't want to lose and reupload, so not sure how to go about this. I feel like the answer is OBVIOUS and staring me in the face, and yet here I am. Help?

Both the 5e OGL and 5e Shaped sheets have the ability to convert individual Characters that were made using the Community Contributed or Shaped Legacy Character Sheets (I'm assuming you're using one of those two). Be careful to make a copy of your Game before experimenting with conversion.

Just a quick suggestion as I learned through experience. Make your copy and experiment on the copy, not the original. Saves a lot of time and effort of re-adding the players, setting up their settings for their sheets and etc, if something gets screwed up.

She could also be using an earlier version of either OGL or Shaped installed manually. In which case Shaped should upgrade - I think OGL has similar functionality. As Pat says always make a copy and try that first.
