Highlight token whose turn it currently is

I love the Initiative tracker's hover feature where it highlights the token you have your cursor over. But it would also be great if the token whose turn it currently is was highlighted, also. As it stands right now, it can be overwhelming for a GM to manage all of the turns for a mob of NPCs.
