Long time D&D player, currently GM of several campaigns, seeks group as a player to vent and get some down time. I can usually play on any weekday except for Thursdays. I jumped into some groups haphazardly on Roll20 (new to online play) and found that I didn't quite fit in and that other GMs and games aren't always what I expect or want. To that end, I'm hoping to express my thoughts better on what I'm seeking and hopefully some like minded soul will come along and find me. What I'm looking for: an understated group that is driven by the desire to tell a story rather than expanding their character sheets a GM that gives good hooks but that does not railroad players a world that reacts to its players in a coherent manner people that take their game seriously but love to have fun doing it every over the age of 21 a GM that prepares What would be nice: voice acting a group that doesn't think that weird race/class combos give "flavor" a place where back story actually matters a 2E setting in 3.5 mechanics (ie. Planescape/Ravenloft/etc) a game that is balanced Hope you guys find me!
