Add Text to Rollable Tables Images

Hello, is there a way to insert a link (formatted in the right way) as the name of an item of a rollable table to call it from a macro? For example, I would have a rollable table with 2 icons, a sun and a moon to represent day and night. Can I use a macro for roll from that table having the drawing as a result in the chat window and not simply the name of the table? I know that I could roll directly from the table, but I'd like to know if I can do such things with the macro system. I hope the question is clear. Thanks. Edit: Of course I would use that system to add some text to the image rolled from the table, like: "It's a dark and cold night". The text would be another random element from another table.
I think it only works if you do not have inline rolls set up for the table, i.e double brackets around it  [[]]. I think it will display the image in chat if you use /r 1t[tablename] That of course won't work inside a roll template.

You could alternatively try using unicode characters in places of pictures. Unlike images, unicode characters have no problems being displayed within inline rolls. There's also a sort-of advanced "trick",  outlined here , which emulates an image-only Rollable Table that allows a bit more freedom of display.
