So, I just realized that I could probably make stuff in JavaScript for my game...

I have an idea for a script I'd like to make, but... I am not seeing where I can go to upload js- files. I'd probably start with just installing someone else's code and going over it, and whatever special things are going on for the API, which I've obviously never done before. But... please, maybe this question is obvious but, I did not find such an option in the game details of the game.

That perk is reserved for Pro subscribers.
Check out API:Introduction . As Finderski mentioned, API access requires a Game's Creator to have an active Pro subscription.
Interesting. I guess I did over look the upgraded accounts. Doing free development for an app costs money, eh? :P I jest. That seems fair I guess, although a free trial would be cool.

If you know someone who has a Pro subscription, they can make you a Co-GM in a game, which would allow you to play around and test the API.
I'll look out for that. I'm thinking of programming something that can save ordered pair coordinates to grid spaces (if that's not already a thing); then, the GM can assign values to these locations on a given map. With that value, he can save modifiers placed to specific combat, skill, or attribute rolls, if a token occupies that space that is controlled by the player who rolls the given roll on the space. In simple terms, it would allow for automatically including misc modifiers in terrain areas, which would allow me to prepare an area and do less rmembering not to forget millions of modifiers and other conditions This of course doesn't take into account when a player has two tokens and only one occupies the relevant space. But, how much effort I attempt to put into development will  probably come after I see how successful my games are with the people I'm attempting to recruit and try out as they come to me.
