Hi Forums, I'm running a quick Dungeon World one shot on Saturday, 04/15/17, at 3:00 PM EDT; new players are welcome! The listing to apply is at https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/61176/dungeon-world-one-shots If you apply, please note in your post that you're from the forums! Some examples of one of the adventures you might embark on: Let Them Eat Cake - The dwarven Cakemasons Guild need a dire situation handled discreetly. The CakeHaus, the sacred house of all things pastry and workplace of the guild, has been taken over by baked goods turned bad. Cake golems, baguette spiders, and vampiric fondant are running amok in the CakeHaus. The Cakemasons need heroes to liberate the CakeHaus and save guildmaster Tordek Baklavabreaker discreetly to prevent a public relations fiasco. Where There's Smoke... - Master Merchant Kyle Coincounter has had three major warehouses burn down in the docks district over the past two years; the third went up in flames no more than two days ago. Coincounter blames the NoSeeUms, a gang of thieves whom he refuses to pay their "Keep the Docks Friendly" fee. The NoSeeUms say they weren't involved, and they won't try to solve who it was since Coincounter won't pay. The Farwater Guard take the NoSeeUms' word for it since they're too short staffed to keep the Docks under law and order by themselves. The Risk Brothers Insurance Company wants you to investigate and make an independent recommendation of whether or not they can expect more losses from insuring Coincounter, one of their biggest clients. Farwater, We Have a Problem - It was supposed to be easy cash working as hired muscle on the skyship Idle Fortune. The cargo shipment destined for the Northport Bizzarre Bestiary had been loaded (the druid promised you that they would sleep for the whole trip), the bindings of the wind elemental powering the ship had just been forged anew, and it was clear skies to Northport. But not a soul is around for morning mess, and the night-shift is nowhere to be seen... and are we losing altitude? Thanks, Disbe
