A couple of question about D&D Monster Manual add-on

Hi, I'm  considering the possibilty of purchasing the Monster Manual add-on for D&D 5e. I have a couple of questions about it. As one of the most tedious things about the SRD is set up monsters entries with macros to use 'em as token actions, I'd like to know if monsters from the add-on have already their macros set up for attacks, traits etc. Second question is about customization. Could I, for example, assign a different token to a monster apart the default one? Thanks.
You can drag a monster from the compendium to the VTT (the screen) and it will become a journal entry in the Journal tab. From there you could change anything you want about the monster (including the token) to whatever suits your needs. As for the token macros, as far as I know, you would need to set those up and there are no default token macros for the monsters.

If you are using the Shaped sheet, the Companion script will allow you to set up token actions with a command. Actually it's a suite of commands, so you can just do it for attacks, or actions, etc.
I'm using the OGL sheet. I have a sheet that I use as a template with generic macros that I assign time to time to every monster players meet, modifying the macros according to the monsters actions, traits etc. I'm especially interested in the full presence of D&D 5e monsters inside the add-on together with tokens, descriptions and art. The fact I have to set up macros for each entry is not so unbearable, as I could do it little by little. Thanks for your answers guys.
