Set dimensions of a token before adding it to a rollable table

Hi, my idea is simple: I have a closed trapdoor and an open one (Greytale's Dungeon Elements Vol.1). I've made a rollable table with these two elements to change the shape of the trapdoor easily when players open it. The problem here is the dimension of the opened one. They are both 70 x 70 according to what stated by "set dimensions" option, but when I chose the side for the opened one it seems "flat" and need to be adjusted. Is there a way to add the token with the right dimensions already set up to not have to change it after I put it on the map? I've tried even with Gimp to change the height of the token without any result.
Unfortunately, something like this would require use of the API to accomplish

Your alternative would be to download the image and pad it out ti 70x140 so that both occupy the same space.  You'll still have to adjust the Rollable Table Token to be the right size on the map, but then changing the side will not change the aspect ratio.
I've downloaded the images and tried to modify with gimp, but I still haven't resolved the question. For the gimp the images have a different resolution (maybe is it a DPI matter?). I've simply tried to double the height of the closed trapdoor as I've seen that its right dimension on the tabletop is 70 x 140, so I doubled the height on the gimp (from 400 to 800 as you can see in the jpeg image), but that didn't work. I'm a noob XD this is 187 x 400                                            this is 200 x 200
I just put the open one on the GM Layer and pop it down to the Map Layer. In the unlikely event that they close it, just slide it back to the GM Layer.

Well after some experiment I've understood that the best way to do things is the easiest one. I've put the open one "to back" on the map layer so I have, in order, closed trapdoor, open trapdoor, floor... I will simply put the closed one to back so the open one can be moved on top. Done :D
