Copying campaigns, macros, etc. from one GM to another?

I know you can give a single campaign multiple GMs, but is there any way to copy a campaign from one GM to another (along with the macros, decks, etc.)?

Not at this time that I'm aware of.

There is not. The content stays with the original campaign creator. The original GM can create copies of his/her campaign for their own use, but the content can not be shared.

Thanks Kristin. Do you know if that is a design decision, or is it a feature that may be added at a later date?

Design decision. It's a measure to prevent sharing copyrighted material like adventure/module paths, marketplace content, etc.
I know that this is an old thread, but I need to ask a question: When I promote a player to GM, how do I demote myself so that I may be a PC? I made a campaign page while trying to find a GM for my party, and now that I've found him and promoted him to GM, I can't find a way to give him all the GM privileges, nor can I find a way to leave and rejoin the campaign in order to be an ordinary player.

As the creator of the campaign you have access to settings he will not have. Answered the player part in your other thread.
Is there any chance of a feature to export and import macros and/or characters? There's a lot of copyright problems with other material that people might want to copy over, but these two don't seem like they would have that risk (or even be capable of generating it), provided that avatars and tokens aren't allowed to exported or imported as part of a character. Both of these seem like great features for streamlining creation, and especially for getting people into a newer system. Both lower the barrier to entry a lot, particularly if you make them open formats so that others can edit them directly - a third-party D&D 3.5 character generator could save a file that populates a Roll20 character with their stats, enabling them to make common rolls using predefined macros, and all of these things could be incorporated into a campaign with a few clicks and a fairly low understanding of the intricacies of the rules.
