[5e Community] PC Token Action Attacks

So awhile back i wandered across taking20's video on his built in monster manual and he had these really good NPC Sheet macros that looked like this %{Selected|NPCAction1} and i have used it a lot to make DMing a lot easier and quicker, now lately i have been trying to get the same thing on the Player Sheets so that some of my NPC's that i gave Player Sheets because they require more information then what the NPC Sheets offer, it also makes it easier to run someone else's character when they cant make it whilst still running all the monster and id imagine it would make playing a lot easier as well. My issue is I cant seem to properly translate it. I know I can just copy the code that comes up after the roll or put in a custom macro for each attack but i would prefer one that works like the above macro were it automatically uses the information programmed into that particular weapon so i can pre-program them for my players, this may have already been addressed but i cant find in on the forums and i would appriciate any help anyone could offer me.

Try this: %{selected|repeating_attack_$0_attack} That will call the first attack in the attack section of the PC sheet. See here for more information: https://wiki.roll20.net/5th_Edition_OGL_by_Roll20#Dynamic_References_to_Repeating_Sections
That doesnt seem to work. i get this message when i use that macro No ability was found for %{selected|repeating_attack_attack} william c. (GM):selected|repeating_attack_$0_attack
it may be because i am using the "5th Edition (Community Contributed)" template
Yeah that would be it. What you can do is drag the weapon to the macrobar at the bottom. Click the macro. Then click in the chat window and hit the up arrow key to find out what the macro name is.
