Hey everyone, I say "Relative Noobie" as I haven't had the chance to play D&D in the past 9 years or so, but have been listening to the Critical Hit podcast and have caught the bug to get back into tabletop RPG's. I got the chance to play Pathfinder at PAX West last year, but haven't gotten back into it since. I play a lot of PC based RPG's, (Baldur's Gate 1&2, Icewind Dale, PoE, Dragon Age, Mass Effect, etc) but I really miss playing tabletop style games. I have played some of the boxed D&D boardgames, but those just aren't the same. Homebrew, standard one-shots, or long-term rolling campaign, I'm cool with whatever. I'm usually available for weekend games as my career keeps me pretty busy, but depending on the time, I might be able to swing evening games during the week as well. I'm living in PST/PDT zone just for reference. I enjoy RP'ing in a game, I have a tendency to be the jokester of the group once I know everyone, but can be serious when the time calls for it. All in all, I'm looking for some fun games to play.
