I had a year of credit, now you have made me free, and taken the money

I had a player send me a years subscription worth of credit. I changed my subscription over to yearly. You have taken all but $9 of the credit, and pushed me over to a free member, and been sending me emails that i need to update my payment information to pay. WHICH I ALREADY HAD THE CREDIT FOR IN MY ACCOUNT. I expect this to be fixed immediately. I can of course prove this with the transaction from my players credit card history, seeing as they are my partner. You really don't want to be accused of fraud, which is what is what it is called when you take someones money and do not provide the service you have advertised, which is EXACTLY what is happening right now.
