Cant Pull the slide bar down

Often i Cant access the bottom portion of a map that is off the screen as every time i try to drag it down it snaps back up the top. There are also several places on the page bar that i cant put it on as it will snap to another point that it decides on ://

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log, starting with opening the table and working through trying to do the various things you currently can't do!) Additionally, is it just one map this happens on?  Just one game? All games? Thank you!
