Ok im looking for some players for my friends game.  He is doing a homebrew of pathfinder that is already in session but not very far.  players are only lvl 3 right now so still good time to get into the game.  I will post his discription of the game that is on our forms.  If you are intrested just PM me and ill give you are TS info and we BS about the game.  If you have any question just ask them here and ill answere them. A Small hamlet tucked away between a mountain ridge and the coastline, to the north is a large plantation/farm that is mostly in operation producing cotton. North of the Plantation is a not so high ridge that has several caves in it, rumored to leading to the underdark, dwarves, hell, the untamed wasteland of a dragon’s corpse (several different rumors about what leads there). The hardly used path south leads to another coastal city, larger and with a port. (Maybe a week away). Thankfully the lush Greenland between here and there lots lot of wildlife to hunt and eat. The townsfolk themselves are mostly unremarkable. Of note however is the blacksmith is a ‘retired’ soldier of the imperial army, he is gruff and unfriendly and wields his sword in his left hand and his shield in his right (which is odd for most soldiers but no one points that out). He would be the person to acquire the training to be a Martial class as well as buy normal weapons and light metal armor from (which he rarely makes due to the general lack of metal). Next person of note would be the Plantation owner an old wizen women who is blind but somehow can always see people coming very far away, most people in town consider her cursed and keep the distance from her. She is who you would learn about the Divine Arts from, however she does not appear to worship any God. She employs more than half the town’s young people to work the fields. However the field’s yield has been getting less and less over the years. Currently she is only using one-fourth of the land she has, the rest lay barren. Her husband is dead, he died from consumption several years ago and she has never taken a new husband (who would want her!). The Plantation is run by her 2nd oldest son (of 3) who is unremarkable. Her youngest son is rarely seen but it is rumored he is lame (leg). Her oldest has not been seen in years and is rumored to be dead, or worse. The Inn, if you could call it that, is one of the few two story buildings in town contains the next person of note, A Bard named Fiyero. He appears mostly human however with striking (great) looks that most women in the city swoon over for months when he first arrived. His tales of the ‘outside’ world interest some of the young and they have started to frequent the inn (much to the dislike of the townsfolk, but the innkeeper is pleased). From Fiyero you can learn Bardic skills, he also is rumored to have a magical item or 2 he might be willing to part with if the price was right. Lastly of note in this city is an oddity for sure. The only non-human in this hamlet is a lone Elf he tends to keep to himself. He has been seen in the Inn a few times, he and the Bard appear to share some common interests however he keeps to himself mostly. He took over a house near the coast that had been empty for some time. He is always seen with a sword at his side (that no one has seen him use). He dresses perfectly and his clothing never appears to be dirty, speaking Common with such ease. You can learn the (basic) Arcane Arts from him, as well as the Knowledges of Religion and Arcana. ----- Now onto the party setup, please see how you would like to integrate yourself as a town's’ member of our little hamlet. You should be human, and once you pick your class you will know who you know additional information about and how that shapes your view of your home town. Plots plan is to keep the party in town for a few levels (till level 3), before venturing out into the unknown however depending on actions of the party the unknown may come calling sooner rather than later. The town has NO patron god, and most of the towns folks think the gods have forgotten them.
