D&D 5e Character Ability Scores Not Matching Up...

Sorry if this was covered by someone else and I just couldn't find it. I am new to Roll20 and am starting to input character sheet info to the blocks. I notice instantly that I am unable to put the stats in for Str, Dex, Con, etc. Instead, I am able to put in the ability modifier... and that is where the real fun begins. If I enter +5, that should give me an ability score of 19 or 20. My players PC has a 20 Str. However, when I enter +5 modifier it outputs a -3 ability score in Str.. However if I put in a +55 it gives me a Str of 20 but boy the rest of the stats are an absolute nightmare... Am I missing something simple?

The  smaller circle is for the ability scores, the larger box is where the bonuses populate. That is a design feature of the new 5e sheets straight from WotC.
Got it... Guess I was doing it backwards at home. LOL Thank you!
