Can't see my PC map on my laptop.

Hey guys, First off I want to say that I'm a completely new GM to Roll 20 and as such there are a lot things that are new to me and I'm still figuring out, as this is my first time using an online source for RP. For the most part I have been able to figure out most of the features on my own and its been working really well, but I've recently run into a problem I just can't seem to find a solution for so I'm asking here. I've been using my computer to create maps for may campaign and so far I've been pretty happy with them. Recently, however I've had to switch from my computer to my laptop, when I came to the Roll 20 site on my laptop and loaded up my campaign I could not see my map. It appeared as a 1 inch bar at the top of my screen and my right side tool bar was also shortened to the point of being unusable. If anyone knows how to fix this I would greatly appreciate it as I may end up using my laptop a lot and if I can't get this to work its going to make my GMing that much more of a headache. Moved to Bug Reports & Technical Support forum. Xeriana, could you try disabling any extensions you have on your browser (including toolbars)? If that doesn't work, could you post a screenshot of your whole browser window?

Thanks for responding and moving my post, can't believe I did not post it there my self anyway this is what is looks like on my laptop. as you can see its really not possiable to play with that, I did try getting rid of my toolbar but so far nothing.

That is usually caused by an extension in your browser. You need to disable all of your plugins and extensions and then enable them one by one until you determine which one is causing the problem. If, after disabling your extensions/plugins, you are still having this problem please let us know.

YAY, that worked, thanks for the help. It was the toolbar I did not install it myself some third party internet search engine must have without my knowledge, but luckily I found a way to uninstall it and now my map is working great. Thanks again for all the help
