Hello out there! My current Pathfinder group will be losing a member soon and I really would love to continue our campaign. Currently, we are just about to wrap up the first book of The Iron Gods, which is a Paizo adventure path. It's been a lot of fun with some ups and down, but it has been great! This is actually my first time GMing and it's been a lot to undertake, but I'm learning and improving each week. So, let's get into specifics, shall we? The Group: We're a strange bunch at varying ages. Two of us are almost 30 and above 30, while the other two are early twenties and just a baby at 18. Not that it really matters, but there's currently the guys and one girl. We're pretty normal with jobs and significant others (well, most of us) and have pretty normal lives. There's typically a lot of swearing and crude jokes, but not over the top or anything. What we need : Well, we are losing our wizard who was multiclassing as a druid, but we honestly could use a healer. Now I am open to other stuff like a Magus or even a Gunslinger (lots of guns). I'd say healer is top priority, but please feel free to share your other ideas. The story so far: I'll probably go more into detail if/when I get contacted, but here is the gist: Thousands of year ago a mysterious ship crashed onto the planet of Golarion, breaking up into multiple pieces. To the natives, this was known as the Rain of Stars. Several parts of the ship became central to the culture of some people, especially to a town called Torch in the wastelands of Numeria. Torch is named so due to the strange purple fire that emanates from the area known as Black Hills. This is central to the economy of the town, as the fire iswherethe town's blacksmiths forge Skymetal. a rare and strong metal alloy. It also draws in tourists. However, one day the Torch mysteriously stops and the town is left in panic mode. In order to find out why the Torch went out, expeditions have been sent down into the caves below Black Hill. There have been four in total, with each being unsuccessful. However, the final expedition was led by town council member named Khonnir Baine. Respected and well-liked, the town's council offered a reward of 4,000 GP if anyone can find Khonnir. This is where our hereos come in. They accept the job and head to Black Hills cave where they are met with a much larger task than they ever anticipated. Now, I won't go too much into detail, but basically they encounter many things that wish to maim or otherwise kill them such as four-armed skeletons, living blood blisters, nasty man-eating plants, robots aplenty, and various other nasties. While not easy, the PCs manage to push through the caves until they reach part of the ship itself and fight their way through the metal dungeon. Finally, our PCs managed to find Khonnir and rescue him from the cold clutches of the ship's medical drone. Finding Khonnir's intelligence horribly affected by some ailment given to him by the drones, the heroes have temporarily fixed his issue and learned Khonnir was simply an experiment. He is still hurt, but hopeful. Currently, they just infiltrated the warehouse of a well-known man by the name of Garmen Ulreth, who runs the local gambling house and just so happen to be head of the Thieve's Guild.Fighting ensued and they managed to get through, albeit with Garmen escaping, and found he was housing some sort of machine given to him by a strange android that may have ties to the disappearance of the town's Torch. And that's where we are currently. What time : The only time that really works for us is every Saturday at 11PM CST and we typically do 2-3 hours sessions. How to contact me: Skype or here. My skype is codyallanmiller if you wish to get a hold of me that way. Looking forward to hearing from peoplee!
