You can't combine Roll and Keep with Double !!s to combine the explosions into a single dice roll, the client kicks it back as an invalid rolling combo. You CAN combine the just a single ! explode with R&K, but that just generates extra additional dice rolls that the system can keep.
L5R would require putting all of the explosion sums into a single roll.
