We've kept together for over a year now and seem to mesh well. I'd like to offer another seat for a regular player that can join us. Hopefully we can all get along well. Of Story and Character Origin: This is not a four colored comic style story though there are moments that tip over to it. Identities can be concealed but please avoid spandex costumes. Characters should have depth of background and are not entirely defined by what super power they have. I will endeavor to provide unique villains that may have similar features to standard villains. (ex. Grey Gremlin ~ altered Green Goblin) Few are psychopaths. Don't expect the jailed ones to break out the next week unless its part of a masterminds plot. Our group will be based in the U.K. Certain attitudes I've gleaned of that nation, admittedly through drama shows over the years, will be touched on. The characters are members of a large extended family: The Scalesworths . The patriarch, Sir Lionel Scalesworth , is a very wealthy penny-pincher, 102 years old, who provides a modest annual allowance to his family members. Among this large family, and against probabilities, are several super powered individuals acquainted with each other: a teleporting martial artist who worked for Disney as a child actor, an alternating light/dark projector who works as a police detective, a sonic manipulator who runs a dance club, and a hot powerhouse who is an auto mechanic. There may be a family secret as to why so many have powers. In the beginning we begin with a funeral of a family member whose wealth and influence is international. The death was labeled an accident but maybe ... not. In any event there are several possible paths the group may explore.
