[5e - OGL] Character Sheet rolling D200

So as the subject says, one of my characters' sheets are rolling a D200 instead of a D20 on ability checks, attacks and saves. Basically anything that involves a D20 being rolled, get's turned into a D200. It started doing it an hour or so into last nights session. It has never done that before, and it's only 1 out of 5 character sheets that started acting up. Nothing was changed midway, it just started doing it. Now I get strength checks of 151 etc and it really effected yesterdays game. The player in question had to manually roll a D20 for everything she did and added up the additions. But now today when I have had time to look I cannot see anything wrong with the character sheet. I have tried making a copy, but the issues carry over. Can anyone help please? Regards, Kiel

An update. It seems the only change to the character sheet was the Halfling luck being unchecked mid game. This some how caused the issue to start rolling D200 instead of a D20. The check has been put back in and taken back out and it seems to have resolved the issue.......weird bug. But it has been solved!
